     Welcome to PageWorkz Web Solutions!  Founded by certified web designer Jim Evans Jr. in 2000 while living in Connecticut, PageWorkz Web Solutions has been creating efficient, cost effective websites for small businesses, non-profit organizations, and sports franchises and organizations in Connecticut, Maryland, New Jersey, New York and across the entire state of Pennsylvania.

     In late 1997 Evans was stricken down by a few physical ailments which found him in the hospital for much of the end of that year but rather then being the "good patient", he put this time of medical uncertainty to good use by teaching himself how to write in HTML code, the basic code necessary to display simple viewable pages on the Internet for which had just entered its boom period.  Once released from the hospital attempting to re-learn how to live life under new circumstances, Evans continued to learn this new trade by expanding into Java-Script writing and CGI/Perl code.  This all was fairly simple for Evans as he had already dibbled into these languages during his senior year of high school at Penn State University as he had the chance to learn FORTRAN on the old IBM machines.  Evans later went to Allentown to a center for which offered certification exams and passed the exam with a near perfect test score becoming certified in HTML which includes JavaScript, CGI/Perl and later became certified in PHP and FLASH/Shockwave.  Although not certified in other languages Jim is not afraid to tackle these languages head on as he has in the past learning what was necessary to receive his other certificates.

     On this website we will attempt to bring to light every aspect of how to put your business, community service, sports activity or any other activity you participate with on the internet and explain the cost effective ways we have at our disposal for you to enjoy the same (or better) experiences of the entities with large pocket books.  We will also show you some examples of our work as well as share with you some of the things PageWorkz Web Solutions takes part in both as a personal project when sharing Jim Evans Jr.'s personal thoughts through his blog entries as well as with our racing affiliations at the local dirt tracks.
